• Image of Hexagon Mat Made from Family Nature Summit Scarves

Family Nature Summits are like summer camps for families with activities of interest to people of all ages. When you first attend, you wear a yellow scarf so everyone knows it is your first Summit and they can reach out to welcome you. As you attend more Summits, you wear scarves of other colors to show how long you have attended. Robin's egg blue is for someone who has attended 25 or more Summits. Faculty wear orange and volunteers wear white.

This mat was sewn from scarves that were discontinued when the logo changed a few years ago. The mat is approximately 1 foot wide (each hexagon is almost 2 inches wide). It is completely hand-sewn. The backing fabric shows trees and grizzly bears.

If you like the concept but want a larger mat, let me know!
